Hi, I'm Kennedy Ani. I am currently a freshman Emory University student. This website is dedicated to my English 101 Class: Living Multilingualism. Here you find information about multilingualism through a variety of different modes. I'm going to assume you've stumbled upon this website in your quest to learn about multilingualism. If not....well that's too bad. Stick around and you might learn something. Unfortunately, I'm not what you would call multilingual, but rest assured I am working on it. But enough about me, it's time to delve deeper into the site.
Each of the tabs above deals with a different aspect of Multilingualism.
Driver: A personal narrative about my interactions with a multilingual bus driver.
Canagarajah: Another look at my narrative through the lens of Canagarajah(*Fair Warning*, It's long)
Money Talks: Three research sources on the effect of Language and Employment
Newly Native: Check out another website of mine dealing with, you probably already know, Multilingualism!
